IDONTMIND is a mental health awareness campaign with a mission to inspire open and honest conversations about mental health in new and creative ways.
The name IDONTMIND stands for the start of a sentence that leads to a bigger discussion about mental health — like ‘IDONTMIND talking about my anxiety’ or ‘IDONTMIND going to therapy.’
What started as a one-off fundraising campaign is now becoming a modern destination for all things mental health. At its core is the IDONTMIND Journal, a growing collection of original articles with a focus on content that is accessible and relatable to everyday mental health struggles. You’ll find articles on the Journal like:
IDONTMIND is an official program of Mental Health America (MHA), the nation's leading community-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting the overall mental health of everyone.
